LAHORE: Punjab University has announced the postponement of its annual LLB examinations, citing the worsening flood situation in Punjab that has disrupted routine life across several districts.
According to a university spokesperson, the law exams were originally scheduled to begin on September 11, but will now be rescheduled. The new dates will be announced once conditions improve.
University officials said the decision was taken in view of the logistical challenges, safety concerns, and mobility issues caused by the ongoing floods, which have affected thousands of students and their families across the province.
The postponement aims to ensure that candidates can appear in their exams without undue stress or risk to their safety.
