Founded by the esteemed senior journalist, the late Ghazi Shahid Raza Alvi, TCL is closely affiliated with the reputable Urdu Newspaper Daily Muballigh, which has been serving readers from Islamabad since 2009.

In June 2023, The CatchLine was officially inaugurated, with Faisal Azfar Alvi assuming the role of Editor. TCL’s primary mission revolves around showcasing a positive and nuanced image of Pakistan on the global stage.
