Renowned Pakistani actress Saba Qamar, celebrated for her performances in both Pakistan and India, recently opened up about the unique reason behind her reluctance to wear expensive designer outfits.
In a previously recorded interview on a morning show, which has recently gone viral on social media, Saba Qamar shared a peculiar habit that significantly influences her fashion decisions.
When asked by the host, Qamar revealed, “I have a strange habit of smelling people. Whenever someone passes by, whether a man or a woman, I instinctively sniff them. I know it’s an odd habit, but I have a very sensitive nose.”
She explained that her strong preference for cleanliness is the main reason she avoids wearing costly designer clothes.

“I’m very particular about hygiene and refuse to compromise on it. Even if something is worth millions, I’ll refuse it if it doesn’t meet my cleanliness standards.”

“If I detect an unpleasant smell, I immediately refuse to wear the expensive designer clothes,” she said.
Saba Qamar is widely known for her roles in dramas like Baaghi, where she portrayed the controversial life of Qandeel Baloch, and Cheekh. Her role in Maat further solidified her reputation as a versatile and powerful actress in the Pakistani television industry.
Qamar’s ability to take on complex characters has made her a household name, with her dramas consistently drawing high viewership and critical acclaim.
