Pakistan Hosts Regional Defence Chiefs – COAS Asim Munir Calls for Stronger Military Cooperation

Pakistan has once again taken the lead in fostering regional security and peace!

On Saturday, COAS Field Marshal Asim Munir hosted the Regional Chiefs of Defence Staff Conference in Islamabad, bringing together top military leaders from the US, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The conference, themed “Strengthening Bonds, Securing Peace,” aimed at boosting defence cooperation, counterterrorism efforts, and joint training initiatives among partner nations.

COAS Munir’s Message

Field Marshal Munir stressed that Pakistan is fully committed to working with partner nations to tackle complex hybrid challenges and ensure collective security.

“The need for deeper military cooperation and mutual trust is more urgent than ever in today’s era of evolving threats,” he said.
