Enhancing Scientific Cooperation: President of Science Foundation Meets Kazakh Ambassador
ISLAMABAD: Professor Dr. Seyed Komail Tayebi, the President of the Science Foundation of the Economic Cooperation Organization, held a productive meeting with Mr. Y. Kistafin, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The discussions focused on the organization’s activities, ongoing tasks, and the mutual interest in fostering collaboration with the Kazakh scientific community.
President Tayebi outlined the key initiatives of the Economic Cooperation Organization’s Science Foundation and expressed a keen interest in advancing and strengthening ties with the scientific community in Kazakhstan. Ambassador Kistafin, in response, endorsed the proposals put forth by President Tayebi and extended an invitation for him to visit Kazakhstan. The visit aims to facilitate meetings with authorized organizations and universities in the country.
As a result of the discussions, both parties reached an agreement to further detail and plan Mr. Tayebi’s visit to Astana later in the current year. The envisioned visit is expected to provide a platform for fruitful discussions, collaboration, and the exploration of potential avenues for scientific cooperation between the Economic Cooperation Organization and Kazakhstan.
