The grand occasion of the fourth convocation of Saidu Medical College, Swat, saw the distribution of degrees and gold medals to over 500 male and female students. Dr. Muhammad Ali, hailing from Azad Kashmir, was a notable presence at this prestigious event, and his achievements have marked him as the first doctor from Azad Kashmir to achieve such remarkable distinctions in any medical college in Pakistan.
Dr. Muhammad Ali humbly dedicated all of his hard-earned medals to his mother, father, teachers, and wife. During a conversation with the correspondent, he shared the touching story of his mother’s illness with a serious condition like cancer during his final year exams. He expressed his unwavering faith in Allah, crediting his mother’s prayers for his success.
Shahnaz Akhtar, Dr. Muhammad Ali’s mother, expressed her immense joy and gratitude, saying, “No mother could be happier than I am today. I am extremely grateful to Allah and immensely proud of my son.” Dr. Muhammad Ali acknowledged the pivotal role played by his parents in making life-defining decisions that have brought him to this remarkable juncture.
