The Australian High Commissioner holds discussions with Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi

In Lahore, Australian High Commissioner Neil Hawkins, at the invitation of Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, attended a PSL match at Gaddafi Stadium. Mohsin Naqvi warmly greeted the Australian High Commissioner, who extended congratulations to him on his election as PCB Chairman.

Commending the successful organization of PSL 9, the Australian High Commissioner remarked, “The enjoyment of the match is heightened in the fantastic atmosphere at Gaddafi Stadium.”

Mohsin Naqvi expressed gratitude to the Australian High Commissioner for his attendance and voiced a desire for stronger cricketing relations, stating, “Both Pakistan and Australia share a love for cricket. Cricket promotes peace. I hope to see the Australian cricket team visiting Pakistan for a series.”

In attendance were Provincial Ministers Mansoor Qadir, Amir Mir, Azfar Ali Nasir, PCB Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer, a Political Secretary from the Australian High Commissioner’s office, and other dignitaries.
