Caretaker PM Kakar guarantees Zaka complete support for PSL 9.

Interim Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar affirmed on Monday the government’s unwavering support for the successful execution of the highly anticipated 9th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

During a crucial meeting in the capital between the interim premier and Zaka Ashraf, Chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee, this commitment was assured.

The meeting covered an array of cricket-related issues. Discussions revolved around the upcoming PSL, reflections on the Champions Trophy, and an in-depth analysis of the recent performance of the national cricket team. Moreover, deliberations on the future of the Pakistan Cricket Board, including the election process, were part of the agenda.

Expressing contentment after receiving a detailed briefing on cricket-related matters, the Caretaker Prime Minister expressed satisfaction. He stressed the crucial role of cricket diplomacy in fostering positive diplomatic relations.

Additionally, the interim premier directed Zaka Ashraf to proactively enhance the overall sports landscape in the country.
