Pakistan’s senate delegation has arrived in Baghdad, spotlighting bilateral relations.

In Baghdad today, a prominent delegation of Senators led by Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani arrived from Pakistan. The primary objective of this visit is to bolster the existing bilateral relations between Pakistan and Iraq. The delegation received a warm welcome from Mohammed Hussein Mohammed Bahr-aluloom, the Undersecretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with other senior officials from the Iraqi Parliament.

During his stay in Iraq, Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has a series of planned meetings with high-ranking Iraqi officials and parliamentary leaders, including the acting Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament. These discussions are anticipated to concentrate on reinforcing diplomatic ties, fostering collaboration on pertinent regional matters, and exploring avenues for mutual cooperation.
