Meet Moe-Moe, a 4.5-year-old American bulldog mix, who was tragically discarded like unwanted refuse in a kennel on the side of a road in Raeford, North Carolina. It’s a harrowing reality that some pets face, being literally put out with the trash. However, Moe-Moe’s story is one of resilience and hope.
