Federal Board Declares Intermediate Examination Results

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad (FBISE) has released the outcomes of the Second Annual examinations for 11th and 12th grades for the year 2023.

As per FBISE records, the pass percentage for the 11th grade was 79.99%, while for the 12th grade, it was 75.10%.

Chairman of the federal board, Qaiser Alam, made the announcement of these results and extended congratulations to all successful candidates.

Earlier, a few weeks ago, FBISE had declared the outcomes of the second annual exams for Class IX and X in 2023. The overall pass rates for Class IX and X were 76.99% and 65.91% respectively, indicating a slightly lower success rate for the latter.

Contrarily, the recently disclosed results by Lahore and Faisalabad Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) were notably disheartening. The announcement revealed that only 35.75% of students from the Lahore board and merely 38.79% from the Faisalabad BISE managed to pass their respective exams.
